Step off the wraparound deck directly onto your private beach: swim, kayak, paddleboard, or simply watch the sunset paint the sky from the shore. This is the kind of place where phones get put down and real relaxation begins. Renovated Top To Bottom, Summer 2026 Clean modern design with warm, natural materials throughout. A new electric fireplace anchors the open living area. The space comfortably sleeps 9 across three bedrooms and a half-height loft, which makes it ideal for multigenerational families or groups of friends. The Deck Is The Whole Point Dual-sided and wraparound. Firepit, grill and a lounge area on one side; lounge chairs and direct beach steps on the other. Just off the deck, a dedicated upper sand area is the perfect spot to lay out, stretch, exercise, or let the kids play safely right by the house. Everything Is Already Here Paddleboards, kayaks, floats, fishing poles, beach chairs and cornhole are all on site. Free weights, yoga mats and resistance bands for those who like to keep moving. Other Details to Note
A noise monitoring device (Minut) is active on the property — sound levels only, no audio recording. Two exterior cameras are installed: a video doorbell at the front entrance, and a second at the rear covering the deck and the beach path. Both are exterior only, and there are no cameras inside the home. Swimming is at guests' own risk, no lifeguard on duty. A sauna is coming Fall 2026.
